Maria Dmitrieva's solo exhibition project "Quinto quarto" will open at the Shift Gallery on May 30 implemented with the support of Anna Nova Gallery. The exhibition is devoted to the themes of variability, redundancy and vitality, as one of the characteristics of the artist's practice.
"Quinto quarto is not a project in the usual sense of the word. The exhibition does not offer a complete conceptual statement and does not strive for a final form. We have an incident in front of us: something that happened has left its mark and requires complicity, not explanation," says Ilya Kronchev—Ivanov, the curator of the project.
May 29, 16:00 – 17:00 The opening of the Quinto Quarto exhibition will be held as part of the first regional art route, combining the gallery Shift and pop/off/art 2.0, as well as the Pinch restaurant.
