During recent years I have travelled a lot and practically in every trip I painted pictures. It was partly connected with “The Society of Drawing and Painting Enthusiasts”, founded in 2004. This Society has set itself the task of the revival and advocacy of painting and drawing from life, which has almost disappeared in contemporary art practice. “Trips dedicated to drawing and painting in the open air” are the most comfortable means for this activity.
