This multimedia project is dedicated to history, memory, and corporeality. The exhibition features three video performances, a slide projection, and a flash mob. Graphics and ceramic objects are presented in the exposition.
The venue is a 19th-century building that served as a chapel for a hospital in Clermont-Ferrand until the 1970s. Today, it has become a site for large-scale art projects.
Evgeny Granilshchikov engages with this space in his own way, reinterpreting and “reassembling” it in an attempt to address the gaps in history through his artistic expression: dancing on broken dishes, black-and-white flags, myths and traumas, the personal and the collective. Everything fragile, everything real.
The exhibition is open until May 7, 2025.
Address: 22 Rue Sainte-Rose
Clermont-Ferrand, France
