The idea of publishing the Booklet as a kind of guide to the contemporary art of our city arose in the winter of 2014. Right now, when contemporary art is finally gaining more and more popularity, thanks in part to Moscow's influence, where the Garage Museum building opened in the summer of 2015, and construction of new grandiose projects is in full swing, it seemed timely to make our own small Booklet. The circle of artists and personalities involved in the preparation of the materials is, of course, directly connected with the Anna Nova Gallery. And this is understandable — these are exactly the people with whom we work, cooperate, in whom we believe and whom we trust. Contemporary art is what we live with and what we constantly interact with, and we want to share with everyone this feeling of constant contact with what will later become the history of our time. Watch, be interested, communicate, acquire, argue, develop.
